Frequently Asked Questions

Your account may be locked or there may be another reason why your credentials don’t work. Give us a call on 131 846 for assistance.
If you no longer have access to your old mobile or email account, give us a call on 131 846 and we can help.
For security reasons, in My TIO you can only change one login credential in any 24-hour period. If you need to change both credentials at the same time, give us a call on 131 846 for assistance.

Switch to paperless by logging into My TIO or calling us on 131 846. You can switch back to post at any time.
Yes. Due to regulatory requirements, some information, documents and notices regarding your insurance will still need to be sent by post. This will not affect your choice to receive other documents via email.
Only one set of contact details is available for each policy you hold with TIO. Your policy contact details will apply to everyone on the policy.
Providing your mobile number means we can contact you about your policy and send out reminders for things like policy expiry dates.
