When making a claim on your Home and Contents, evidence of the amount claimed and proof of ownership is normally required.
Evidence of the amount claimed may be in the form of:
- Receipts
- Quotations, or
- Repairer Report
You can lodge your Home or Contents Insurance Claim online. All submissions are sent directly to our one-stop claims centre for processing.
You will need to send any supporting documentation by Fax to (08) 8984 0104, or by mailing to GPO Box 770, Darwin NT 0801
