This guide will help you to determine the right amount of cover for your home building and contents, by providing a suggestion of possible costs and highlighting issues which you may need to consider.
There are many variables which must be taken into account when determining all of the costs which would be incurred to rebuild your home. We have provided a suggested "per square metre" rebuilding cost, however you should take note of the assumptions that apply to this cost.
Our suggestions are a guide only. You will still need to make sure that the amount of insurance is adequate to cover the rebuilding and replacement costs of your home building and/or your contents.
