Roadside Assistance
Ever broken down in the middle of nowhere, locked your keys in the car or run out of fuel?
TIO's roadside assistance services are a 24 hour, Australia wide, breakdown and / or vehicle towing service.
This service applies to the vehicle you nominate and any person driving your vehicle is entitled to the service.
You have a choice of two covers:
- Roadside Breakdown Service (standard); or
- Prestige Roadside Assistance

| Roadside Service | Our service provider will attend to the basic repairs, including flat batteries and the changing of flat tyres. The cost of replacement parts is not included. |
| Towing |
Free of charge limits:

| Taxi | We will provide one 'free' taxi ride to the value of $25. |
| Emergency Fuel | If you run out of fuel within the specified areas, we will provide enough 'free' fuel to travel to the nearest refueling supplier. |
| Keys lost or locked in | If your key has been lost or locked in your vehicle we will provide emergency assistance to gain access to your vehicle or if locksmith assistance is available within a radius of 25 kms of your vehicle, we may at our option arrange a replacement key. A limit of $150 per incident applies. |

| Rental Vehicle | A rental car will be provided for a period of up to five days. |
| Accommodation | Accommodation will be provided for yourself and up to four passengers for four nights to a maximum value of $120 per night. |
| Vehicle Recovery or Return Transport | Vehicle recovery will be provided to deliver your vehicle, once repaired, to your home or intended destination where the distance between the owner and repairer is more than 100km. A limit of $300 applies. |
