Make A Claim

To make a claim for benefits under the Motor Accidents Compensation scheme, you can download and complete the appropriate claim form available on this site. Forms cannot be completed 'on line'; they must be printed and signed. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to be able to read the forms. You can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Web Site.

Claim forms are also available from all TIO Branches and the TIO Motor Accidents Compensation. 

If you are unable to make contact with us due to your injuries, a relative or friend may do so on your behalf. If any person has a language difficulty we will be able to assist through the use of an interpreter service which is free of charge.
