Car Insurance Claim

Phone 1300 301 833 to report your accident and our local claims centre staff will arrange :

  • A tow truck, if required
  • Quotations on your car
  • For you to complete a claim form if required.

You can lodge your Car Insurance Claim online. All submissions are sent directly to our one-stop claims centre for processing.

You will need to send any supporting documentation by fax to (08) 8984 0104, by email to tiomotorclaims@tiofi.com.au or by mailing to GPO Box 770, Darwin NT 0801.

Windscreen Claim

You can lodge your Windscreen Insurance Claim online. All submissions are sent directly to our one-stop claims centre for processing.

Home Insurance Claim

When making a claim on your Home and Contents, evidence of the amount claimed and proof of ownership is normally required.

Evidence of the amount claimed may be in the form of:

  • Receipts
  • Quotations, or
  • Repairer Report
