It's even easier to switch your account to TIO

Switching to TIO is simple - we can even transfer your regular payments such a payroll deposits and insurance deductions.

Here's how to do it:

Set up your new transaction account with TIO

Open your new account with TIO. Let us know if you have regular payments such as payroll deposits, insurance deductions, gym memberships etc. We can then arrange to advise those companies of your new TIO account details.

You don't even have to know all the details, your old bank will provide us with the information.

In the meantime, leave your old account open with enough funds to cover any payments due.

We'll transfer your regular payments to your new TIO account

We will request a list of your regular payments from your old bank. TIO will then send your new account details to the companies you have regular payments to or from.

We can even cancel any regular payments on your behalf. Just let us know which ones.

Close your old account

After you are sure all your regular payments have been updated to your new TIO account, you can safely close your old account.
