Most TIO Savings or Transactions accounts can be linked to a TIO CueCard (ATM card) allowing you access to your funds:
- At any ATM in Australia - up to $1,000 cash per day
- At EFTPOS outlets in Australia
- AT any ATM network worldwide displaying the Maestro/Cirrus logo
Lost or Stolen CueCard
Please report the loss of your card immediately:

Terms and condition of use
The conditions of use brochure will be enclosed with your card. Please read this brochure carefully and make sure you understand the condition of use. If you require another copy, please contact your nearest branch or phone 1300 301 833 and we will send one to you.
Protect your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Do not reveal your PIN to anyone and do not keep a written record, even it is disguised. The best way to ensure protection of your PIN is to memorise it.
TIO branches have facilities for you to change your PIN or choose a new PIN if you have forgotten it.
