Offer only applies to the TIO Standard Variable Home Loan rate and the Introductory Home Loan. Loan Variation Contract must be signed if used by existing TIO Home Loan customers.

To qualify repayments to Home Loan must be made from a TIO Savings or Transaction account.
Establishment Fee voucher is valid for 3 years from the settlement date.
Insurance offer is valid for 12 months from the settlement date. The insurance discount applies only for the first period of cover
