With TIO Online Banking you can:
View your account details - check your account balances, view your latest transactions up to 90 days, see how much Interest you have earned on your existing accounts.
Card Activation - Activate your newly issued or re-ordered card(s) online.
Payroll Allocation - View how your payroll is allocated.
Transfer funds - move money between your TIO accounts or any financial institution in Australia and receive a receipt confirming the transaction. (Please note: you cannot transfer to an Overseas Financial Institution, for more information, please phone us on 1300 301 833, during business hours.)
Pay your bills - make a bill payment to any biller participating in the BPAY® scheme. You can schedule a payment for a date in the future.
Set up once off or regular transactions - you can arrange one off transfers for the same day or a date in the future. Also set up a regular (periodical) transfer which is ideal if you have to make the save payment every week like rent or loan repayments.
Manage your finances - open a new savings account, view and print statement details, export transaction details to other applications.
Customise the display - personalise your account names, remove or include accounts in the account list display, select which account is to be displayed on the summary page.
Update details - change your password, address, phone number or email address.
Contact us - TIO's Online Banking has a built in, secure message function, allowing you to contact TIO without using the phone or accessing your regular email service.
